Fender Jaguar de 1965, en très bon état d’origine.

Sortie de l’usine de Fullerton au printemps 1965, soit quelques mois seulement après le rachat de Fender par CBS, cette guitare a encore toutes les caractéristiques d’un instrument pre-CBS, et donc tout pour plaire : un joli Sunburst complémenté de sa plaque motif tortoise en nitrocellulose, un manche en érable patiné et lisse au toucher surmonté d’une belle touche en palissandre, ses deux micros produisant le son clair et mordant typique du modèle. Avec le profil arrondi de son manche et son poids de 3,6 kg, voici l’instrument idéal pour explorer les sonorités des années 60 en total confort.

A 1965 Fender Jaguar, in great original condition.

Having left the Fullerton assembly line in the late spring of ’65, just months after the Fender buy-out by CBS, this guitar still has all of the characteristics of a pre-CBS instrument: a nice Sunburst lacquer finish along with its nitrocellulose tortoise pick guard, a well-aged maple neck that now soft to the touch along with its rosewood fingerboard, the two Jaguar single coil pickups delivering the crisp, punchy tone associated with the model. With the neck’s round profile and the guitar weighing in at 3,6 kg, this is the ideal instrument to explore those 60 tones in total comfort.
